Take care of your eyelgasses

When the sun is strong, people usually wear sunglasses to reduce the irritation the strong sunshine has caused to our eyes. The problem is that some people now seem to over protect their eyes. They keep the sunglasses on almost all day, even when they are indoors. According to doctors, this will easily wear down and do great harm to the eyes.

After we put on the sunglasses, our eyes feel differently. Since we can not see things as clearly as before, we will strive harder to see clearly again. Colored sunglasses will make our eyes in a dimmer environment, thus enlarging the pupils. That’s why our eyes get much tired after wearing sunglasses for a long time.

As inappropriate use of sunglasses easily wears down your eyes and even does great harm to our eyes, there are several points for attention when wearing sunglasses:

1.      People over 40 are not suitable to wear sunglasses.

2. When choosing sunglasses, we should go to reliable and famous specialty stores. According to Doctor Roberts, there are many sunglasses with myopia on the market at present. They are not fit for wearing for a long time and even wearing at times will cause harm to the eyes.

3 It is a bad habit to keep sunglasses on when coming indoors from outside. As the light indoors is relatively dim, it is not necessary to have sunglasses on.

4 Since the three-dimensional vision has not become mature for healthy children before school, they are not suitable to wear sunglasses. Sunglasses on the market now are mostly of low quality, which are harmful to the eyes.

5 The colors of sunglasses should not be too dark. Colors like blackish green and gray are better.

It is important to keep our eyes from the sun as much as possible, but it is equally necessary to keep the above mentioned points for attention in mind to further protect our eyes in a more scientific point of view.
